The intention for the booklet Melodic Lines was to compose titles for accordion solo, all of which have one thing in common: They should consist beautiful melodic lines and the bass rhythm should be kept simple, i.e. succeed without much effort.
From these considerations, eight fantastically beautiful, emotional and subtle titles emerged, which are characterized by a variety of styles and set a further accent in modern accordion literature, especially the appealing entertainment literature.
The musical spectrum ranges from world music to soulful meditative pieces. Different moods alternate with interesting grooves.
Melodic Lines is on the one hand harmoniously versatile, on the other hand technically and methodically well implemented. Therefore, the compositions of Hans-Günther Kölz are ideally suited for hobby players, lessons and auditions.
