As expected the piece is a very calm and peaceful but expressive. It can be performed very agogically and free depending on the current emotion. A free peaceful theme is built over long lasting chords in the back. The theme is interrupted by semiquaver passages and a small cadence. The technical requirement is not very high, the difficulty is to find the ideal tonal language and the balance between the two manuals of the accordion.
