"Rock it!" by Wolfgang Ruß is the orchestral version of the title of the same name from the solo band "Accordion is cool 4". The piece consists of three basic rock rhythms: heavy, slow and shuffle rock. These do not form individual movements but a coherent performance piece lasting around 3 minutes. Level of difficulty: medium.
The instrumentation is limited to accordion 1, 2, 3, bass and drums. The 3rd voice and the bass are printed on one sheet as a playing score and can therefore only be played by one accordion. The piece can therefore be played with three accordions (e.g. two students and an advanced player or the teacher).
